Claiming Black Point Park and Marina is free, and AllWakes reviews each claim. An approved claim makes you the marina's owner on AllWakes: you run its marina workspace, edit this page, approve the boats owners list here, and take rentals. Boats here can be booked only after the marina is claimed. A claimed marina's share is 20% of each rental of an owner's boat docked here.
