When is the 5% referral fee due?
Only when someone who rented the boat through AllWakes buys it within 90 days. If the booking came through your own dealer account, the fee is 0%.
What's my share of each rental?
If the boat is at a marina that has claimed its listing on AllWakes, the marina gets 20% and you keep 60%. AllWakes keeps 20% and pays the card fees out of it. When no claimed marina is involved, the term is 80% to you, but those rentals can't be checked out on AllWakes yet, so for now list at a claimed marina.

Not at a marina that has claimed its listing on AllWakes: its staff check renters in and out.
How do we get paid?
Through Stripe Connect. You set it up from your AllWakes account; your share is paid out after each rental, once the boat is back.
